In this 45-minute practice, we focus on opening the front body—targeting the fronts of the legs, chest, and shoulder flexion. You'll move through creative lunge variations, half Bow pose options, and build toward an optional Mermaid pose as the peak. Gentle twists are woven throughout to balance the deep spinal extensions, offering both strength and spaciousness.
